About
Holly is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Holly works with adult individuals and couples in treating general mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties and specialises in treating addiction disorders and trauma recovery.
Holly is skilled in the modalities of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), as well as The Gottman Method for working with couples.
Holly’s work is founded on a passion for understanding the neurobiology of mental health. It draws on knowledge of the human nervous system and mind-body connection, using mindfulness-based and somatic therapy approaches as required.
Holding the degree of Master’s of Clinical Psychology, Holly has worked in both private clinic and public hospital settings, enjoying the opportunity to develop her knowledge and skills in a variety of environments in recent years. Holly is committed to creating therapeutic relationships embedded with a down-to-Earth, empathic, and collaborative approach that facilitates meaningful change in the lives of her clients.
